      a strong work life balance

      stuck in the 80s, but desperately trying to modernize into a very high corporate company without offering any additional benefits for employees. poor upper management and low pay.

      Pros

      There are lots of good and talented people trying their best.

      Cons

      Since the acquisition and merger with Advanced Instruments things have gone downhill. The new CEO and Management are clueless and can't be trusted. They are only concerned about looking good for the board and saving money by laying people off whenever they can.
