High workload and lots of team changes

Hands down the best office environment I've worked in, owner has modeled it after a hip IT company with a ping pong table, big lunch room, open office with massive monitors and surface laptops that doc in any room at any desk. They only hire positive hard working people so it's a great environment to grow and learn

Long days / weeks at times, when it gets busy it gets busy but the projects are interesting enough it never seemed as bad as the numbers made it out to be
