Pros
WFH and the workload itself for TfL was straightforward and not stressful.
Cons
In training we were told they offered occupational health. When I requested to be referred I was told by my manager they’d never heard of such, and that they think it’s only in very severe circumstances that they have it (which my case was). So they dont offer it, but they do for some? Okay. Manager said they’d double check with the trainer as it was all recorded. Got back to me and attempted to gaslight by saying it wasn’t in the slides and “maybe you think you saw it but you didn’t” so they flat out lied about providing OH. I just came from a company that offered OH so it stood out to me when I saw it during training. They make you install a software on your device to “ensure security” however rather conveniently, my personal social media accounts got hacked right when the 2 weeks training ended. My manager claimed to have worked there for 10+ years but couldn’t even give basic sandwich style feedback; was very unhelpful and basically nitpicked to try and bring my morale down. Literally felt my energy draining as this conversation happened. I sent my resignation email the next day and included the fact they lied and gaslit me and were straight up unprofessional. Right after I had left, they sent me an NDA which I did not sign. They obviously didn’t want their dirty laundry out there so they knew exactly what they were doing. I was only there for a month. Shocking that this is who TfL have a contract with honestly.
