Bad Environment Where I Was - Anonymous employee Novartis Employee Review

The environment was pretty bad. The typical brutal politics, but one thing that bothered me was the forced gender diversity. My division was 90% women and they still had all of them in the empowering women in Novartis group, forced objectives of at least half of the upper salary bands had to be female and that created a lot of issues.
