no growth after manager, tls. assessment system for band 5 to band 4, which is pre decided, stop assesement or bring panel from outside,inside panel not competent and decide on basis of liking. Basel HR should look into this. DSAI people are promoted to band 3 from band 4 without assessment, within a year without showing any work. tls and managers stuck in same position for 4+ years. positions open in brassring for only a night to make selected people apply into it, no criterion. US BA GH takes no interest in development of people.
