Pros
- in some teams work life balance is okay, in others its bad as ever - employee policy are good - leave structure is good
Cons
- no growth - salary is way too low for market standard - no collaboration between teams - no learning in technical stream - 3 month notice period, majority of time no one gets buyout! - not great leadership! they don't care at all. . then ask why people are leaving; high attrition could explain what's the actual situation - they act as if they want to help you, after you decide to leave and then when you don't change your mind, they make sure you get enough for taking that decision
