      Pros

      The benefits are quite good, EPF etc are above average.

      Cons

      It is very stressful if you do not have any prior healthcare knowledge, also, the HR in Novartis is terrible. Their ways of attending to queries and the onboarding process is not so smooth. Expect yourself to OT because you need to liaise with other regions people. Work life integration means you need to sacrifice your personal life for work.

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
