      Salary banding sig’ bellow industry average Bonuses are unattainable Management is a forced diversity expertise not based on merit or experience The unbossed cultural promise is a lie Staff are treated like pawns and to speak up only results in being shot down A toxic pond of greed with political alignment supporting non capitalism, left wing ideology and cancel culture.

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
