Good work culture. 6 months paternity leave. Unlimited sick leaves.. WFH is easy , depends on teams to teams
Cons
Some teams are worst. No quality work, No upskilling, No proper KT No proper management. Even manager don't know basic Data Science. If you join Data Science team, never join Decision Engine . AND they won't allow you to change team so easily.
