Great place to learn and be exposed to various aspects of a start up company. Super friendly coworkers willing to help me with any struggles. Thoroughly enjoyed my time as a part of Novicap as I thought that even as an intern, my input was valued and considered.

My daily tasks, while important, were very tedious and redundant. I had more variation by the end of my time; however, the first few weeks were not too exciting.

NoviCap is filled with hardworking and competitive individuals. You will be surrounded by others who have lofty goals - and the work ethic and intelligence to achieve them.
