Pros
* Good compensation, perks, benefits and time flexibility.
* Nice company culture and work environment (both the offices in general and the workstation).
* The company has definitely improved in various aspects over the years as it has matured. They keep looking for ways to make improvements and get feedback from employees and clients.
Cons
These opinions are related to my experience in my area of work (software) and don't necessarily apply for people in other areas like HR, or accounting.
* Employee experience can vary a lot depending on clients.
* The company as whole doesn't provide enough support to employees when dealing with clients, making you feel like you're on your own sometimes, when you need help.
* There can be some uncertainty, instability or quick changes and the career opportunities might be limited for people in certain areas; sometimes there isn't enough clarity on what to expect from the company in long-term.
* As the company has grown and implemented some processes, added new roles, etc., it feels like it's getting a little bureaucratic.
