Uniform cleaning allowance. Constant hours and a fair/good wage for casual staff (full time maybe not)

NO Support in day to day working Human resources are bias in the way of which they deal with staff. Drug abuse and alcohol abuse is common practice and known. When these offences happen little or no action is taken. Employees are paid to do a job, if they aren't doing it then others have to fill that void, unfair practice.
