Upper Mgmt very contradictory and backstabbing. cannot hold on to good managers/employees. Terrible work environment, toxic atmosphere - 2 managers quiet at the same time. Upper Mgmt won't even pay attention to line staffs unless they are trying to get "dirt" on other staff or managers.
