      This is a really friendly dynamic company that truly believes in its carers and delivering the very best care possible. There is great career development at Novus with many of today's managers having started with the company as carers

      Providing care to those that really need it can be very rewarding and I can only hope that more people would join Novus Care to enable us to help more people
