None literally, there are no pros

Founders are so full of themselves, have no practical knowledge or skills, just privileged brats working on a hobby project and expecting others to put in the effort while not doing anything themselves.

They pay good salary here

founders are vision less. they expect u to work day and night and salary is never on time. lack of communication, founders don't even know how to give feedbacks and very toxic especially drishti. they don't knw shitt about the product. its feels like they are doing a school project, which makes sense anyway.
