Why do you guys want to hire when you do not have proper funding. You are just playing with people's carreer's by hiring and then firing them within a month saying that you guys do not have proper funding. When you know that there's no finding why to hire ? And why to show off when you do not have funding by making an performance appraisal plan that too for one month who is going to give the arrears now you guys say no funding. Policies are not in place. Hr team does nothing like literally. The co-founders think that each person is running their own company. No sink at all.
