Unfortunately, I wasn't at the company long enough to notice any pros.
Cons
Micro management is intense, and overbearing. I initially received a 9 month objective plan, however, after 1 month, I decided to part ways due to poor leadership, a lack of respect for managing my own time and working processes, and being suffocated by management. There seems to be a muggy culture that breathes negativity. I would avoid.
