Pros
100% Remote
Good work life balance - time off is never an issue
Cons
No raises the past year, bonuses were removed, Upper levels refuse to acknowledge the insane influx of clients and lack of technicians to handle the load.
Its self evident that a bad business purchase crippled the company and they're doing everything they can to get out of debt.
The problem is that the cost of living continues to go up and people are left to suffer being promised, "maybe next year". Maybe next year doesn't pay bills or help with the awful health insurance they decided to link us up to this year.
People are burning out left and right. They are being pushed to do the work of 4 and 5 people. CEO turned around in a townhall and talked about how he started this company from nothing and had to do all the jobs and we should just buckle down. I have no issue helping out but being asked to do the jobs of another department and or people ABOVE myself for the past year is pushing me out the door.
The talented techs are recognizing this and its going to be a battle to keep them. This ship is sinking.
