Pros
Working with bleeding edge technology built on the AWS Cloud. Global scaling impact to consumers and customers all around the globe. Able to dedicate yourself to a team or leverage the diverse teams to change it up. Lots of training and development options available, mostly lead by their platform group. Folks are extremely helpful, kind, and inclusive.
Cons
Depending on team placement there are development roles where the day to day activities are too easily customer influenced (on a per day per customer basis).
