I'm sorry you felt NuView was not the right fit for you. We engage our employees in many ways (quarterly outings for team building, annual offsite events, paying 80% of employee benefits and much more). We do say prayer in staff on Mondays but there is no pressure placed on the individual employees. We do place emphasis on our core values though.
