Pros

Benefits are good, and there is room for growth if you last.

Cons

NuView plays favorites. It does not matter how good of an employee you are, if a conflict arises between two people, whomever is the least favorite or was a NuView employee the longest is bound to get fired. When there is an issue inside of a company, between individuals, HR is suppose to bring people together to resolve the issue. I was treated unfairly. NuViews core values are passion, integrity, service, and accountability. I was passionate about my work and my clients, and I have surveys to prove it. I always did the right thing because God is always watching and I was raised right. I went and served at many events. And I was accountable for all of my actions. I was a good employee. There is not enough proof or evidence to show that I was not a good employee. NuView likes to talks about the company’s “culture”; I am a team player, someone who is always positive, happy and energetic. I know I was a good employee. There is no real culture at NuView. Just a bunch of hypocrites, liars, and inconsiderate people. If I had to describe the culture at NuView, uncomfortable, is the first word comes to mind. NuView plays favorites, and I was treated very unfairly. I personally don’t ever want to come back to this company for how I was mistreated. I know God has a plan for me, and this company’s flaws will come out. This is not the best place to work. The only reason it’s considered the best place to work is because of all the benefits it gives employees, such as taking employees on trips, to show their appreciation. Or the many bonuses you receive. However, the environment and the culture here at NuView is toxic. You should never feel uncomfortable to go to work, and I am glad that I am no longer with this company. The person who deals with employee issues, will be the downfall of NuView. The management team, does not treat everyone equally. I am not bitter, I am not mad, I am simply speaking my truth, and I want others to know what they are signing up for when they apply to this company.

Thank you for the time you took to write your review. At times there are reasons why an employee may not be a good fit for a company, and as such, it benefits both them and the company to change environments. At NuView we take our core values seriously and ensure that our workplace is one where everyone is given the opportunity to fully succeed. We wish you the best.

I'm sorry you felt NuView was not the right fit for you. We engage our employees in many ways (quarterly outings for team building, annual offsite events, paying 80% of employee benefits and much more). We do say prayer in staff on Mondays but there is no pressure placed on the individual employees. We do place emphasis on our core values though. (Being Passionate, Desiring to Serve Others, Demonstrating Integrity and Being Accountable). We are a team and support each other as a team. Hopefully, you have found an employer that embraces you.

Bunch of work for poor pay

Pros

I really can’t think of any.

Cons

Where do I begin? The training is terrible with very little direction. The person training you also has a ton of work to get done so you are left by yourself trying to get the work done as well as you can. SO MUCH PAPERWORK. You are literally typing in information that could easily be uploaded if an investment in software was made. They say they have a low turnover rate but the reason why they do is because they fire people left and right. I’ve never seen a company fire so many people! That’s why pretty much everyone is a few months old. It is not anything like what they say or what you think it could be. CEO brings up God a lot! They do tell you up front about it but it’s unconformable at times.

Thank you for taking the time to write your honest feedback. We always ask for honesty. NuView hired a full time Human Resource professional one a a half years ago. This was a new position to the company and there were a lot of changes implemented such as progressive discipline policies and training supervisors on reviews and documentation just to name two. This provided us with a much better picture of where each employee stood. We did weed out the under performers along the way in order to create a better culture of performers that would be able to enhance our customer service. We did lack in how we were providing training and have since implemented a hands on training environment. We do say prayer in our Monday morning staff each week and our CEO founded the company based on his faith. We also now hire, train and terminate based on our core values (Passion, Integrity, Service and Accountability). The Service portion is about serving others, a higher power and helping our clients retire well. We have now had been voted Best Places to Work for the past two consecutive years for a total of four times. NuView wishes you the best.
