NuView plays favorites. It does not matter how good of an employee you are, if a conflict arises between two people, whomever is the least favorite or was a NuView employee the longest is bound to get fired. When there is an issue inside of a company, between individuals, HR is suppose to bring people together to resolve the issue. I was treated unfairly. NuViews core values are passion, integrity, service, and accountability. I was passionate about my work and my clients, and I have surveys to prove it. I always did the right thing because God is always watching and I was raised right. I went and served at many events. And I was accountable for all of my actions. I was a good employee. There is not enough proof or evidence to show that I was not a good employee. NuView likes to talks about the company’s “culture”; I am a team player, someone who is always positive, happy and energetic. I know I was a good employee.
There is no real culture at NuView. Just a bunch of hypocrites, liars, and inconsiderate people. If I had to describe the culture at NuView, uncomfortable, is the first word comes to mind. NuView plays favorites, and I was treated very unfairly. I personally don’t ever want to come back to this company for how I was mistreated. I know God has a plan for me, and this company’s flaws will come out. This is not the best place to work. The only reason it’s considered the best place to work is because of all the benefits it gives employees, such as taking employees on trips, to show their appreciation. Or the many bonuses you receive. However, the environment and the culture here at NuView is toxic. You should never feel uncomfortable to go to work, and I am glad that I am no longer with this company. The person who deals with employee issues, will be the downfall of NuView. The management team, does not treat everyone equally. I am not bitter, I am not mad, I am simply speaking my truth, and I want others to know what they are signing up for when they apply to this company.
