There are no cons that I can note.

Management truly lives up to the core values of the company. They are driven by passion, prove their integrity, serve others in any way they can and they are accountable for their actions. The NuView staff as a whole resembles that of a family that builds you up, cares about you (as well as your family) personally and treats each other with the upmost respect. This incredible positive environment has really been paved by the CEO, Vice President, Management and HR. As an employee, you are always recognized for your work and really get what you deserve. Another great quality of this company is that they are always open to suggestions for improvement in processes etc., so when you present an idea, it is thought through and implemented accordingly. Quarterly employee events are held to help foster the relationship between staff members and often involve inviting family in on the fun. We have the opportunity to directly make a difference in people's lives on a daily basis and to me, that is beyond rewarding.

This category is so well handled internally that when a con arises, it is promptly addressed and becomes a non-issue. Therefore I have no cons to provide.
