-Painful hiring process. -Furnishings and equipment were falling apart around us. -Work machines were unreliable and some of the software seemed dodgy. (I got a trojan alert when attempting to install some 3D software from their server) -I perceived and experienced a level of bullying from the leadership. -I was called a 'b*tch' by the founder within my first two weeks - it didn't get much better from there. -Employee relations felt strained, several snippy arguments and unpleasant undercurrents made for a hostile atmosphere.
