Great company with awesome people

Not a huge con, but company still growing

Quality research based on quantifiable results. As an account director, I'm confident the research can help my clients and have never felt that the analysts were not offering valuable, honest intelligence to them. The suggestion by other reviews that Nucleus leadership exerts any improper influence over the numbers is ridiculous. I have the freedom to operate independently, but have support from peers and management when stuck. The company is dynamic and based on collaboration between research and account management. I personally spend a lot of time discussing projects and research ideas with the research team. The earning potential is high provided you're willing to put in the work to build relationships with clients rather than only attempt to sell. It took me a few months to understand this. These relationships will be with the largest tech firms in the world. You will learn a ton about the global market and how different technologies intertwine. The espresso machine is an integral part of the company and keeps everyone going. This company is unique in the analyst market and leadership is making needed changes to move the company forward. There is no doubt that Nucleus is a sink or swim environment. This was my first sales position and it took me 5 months to close my first sale. I spent that time honing my messaging mostly on my own and eventually figured it out. There is little assistance early on besides providing a basic understanding of the value of our research.
