Pros

I am delighted to provide positive feedback about the company I am currently working for, which is a female-oriented organization. Here are some of the key highlights: 1. Timely Salaries: The company consistently ensures that salaries are disbursed punctually, which greatly contributes to our financial security and peace of mind. 2. Leave Policies: The company's leave policies are accommodating and flexible, allowing employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance while addressing personal needs and responsibilities. 3. Secure Environment: The emphasis on a secure and safe working environment for all employees is commendable. It fosters a sense of trust and confidence in our workplace. 4. Open-Door Policies: The open-door policies make it incredibly easy for us to communicate with management. This accessibility promotes transparency and ensures our voices are heard. 5. Competitive Compensation: The company's compensation packages are at par with industry standards, which reflects its commitment to recognizing and rewarding our contributions appropriately. 6. Growth Opportunities: Working in a dynamic and large organization like ours provides numerous opportunities for professional growth and development. This aspect is particularly appealing for employees seeking career advancement. 7. BFSI Domain: Our presence in the BFSI domain is a testament to our strength and credibility. We are proud to serve major clients across the world, including banks and insurance companies, which highlights our expertise in the industry. In summary, our company excels in providing a supportive and empowering environment for its employees while maintaining a strong foothold in the BFSI domain with major clients worldwide. It's a fantastic place to work, and I'm proud to be a part of this organisation. Apart from this Nucsoft has presence in UK too, so it’s a good opportunity for those who are willing to and see their further on international level.

Cons

1. Office Timings: This is something I feel should be more comfortable for per the people who travels for 2 hours everyday 2. Two Working Saturday is another con for Nucsoft.

Pros

Worst company I have ever worked for. Nucsoft operates entirely on favoritism—talent, hard work, and honesty have no value here. If you are not involved in buttering seniors, there is absolutely no future in this organization. The work culture is toxic, demotivating, and mentally exhausting. Management has no vision, no structure, and no understanding of how an IT company should be run. Leadership is completely incompetent, which clearly reflects in poor employee morale, dissatisfaction, and lack of growth. Employees are constantly micromanaged and mentally tortured—even basic things like taking breakfast or going for lunch are questioned and criticized. There is no respect for personal space or basic work-life boundaries. The company hires freshers by showing false promises and low packages, then forces them to sign bonds. After joining, freshers are harassed, overburdened, and mentally pressured. If anyone tries to leave before completing the bond, they are threatened and asked to pay huge amounts, often running into lakhs.

Cons

Hard-working employees are consistently ignored, while unqualified favorites are promoted. The owner and management lack basic leadership skills and a genuine understanding of the IT industry. This company is a complete waste of time for anyone serious about their career. There is also a serious lack of safety and ethics for female employees. Due to the close internal alignment between management and the IT department, female staff are subjected to inappropriate monitoring, including checking personal emails, reading WhatsApp messages if logged in on office systems, and randomly blocking contacts. Complaints raised to senior leadership are ignored and dismissed. Office phones are deliberately provided, and even personal leave is misused to track employee location. Despite having female-led support teams, HR and other departments function only to please management rather than protect employees. This is based on my personal experience.
