Company growing at approx 300% a year. We have signed most the marquee ai platforms as customers. Great momentum going into next year. Team is accountable, hard working, and motivated. The environment is intense but positive like many other growth stage organizations. The team is special, low ego and supportive. This is true within teams and across the company.
Cons
Growth isnt easy, not all internal processes are fully baked yet. But everyday that gets a little better.
