Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback! We do really value promoting internally as you can see from interns, who have returned as new grads and have grown into senior roles. As we are still a growing organization we recognize and acknowledge that we are more flat than larger organizations - this does allow for work on those interesting projects and to not limit our staff to their specific tasks/roles. Promotions may take a little longer, especially because recently we have had an opportunity to hire very senior firmware talent that are not normally on the job market. I'm sorry we did not get a chance to see you continue to grow with our company, but we do take your feedback very seriously and intend to work on this area.
