      Old People Refusing To Upgrade

      Pros

      - Relaxed work environment - Great work life balance - Nice office space - Beltline location - Generous time off policy - Not too big, not too small - Friendly work environment

      Cons

      - More like a hobby project for rich owners than an actual company. - Calls itself a startup while stuck in the old era. - Old business model and technology. Refusing to upgrade - Not at all developer friendly. - Heavy involvement from owners at all levels - Trying to do too much with too little resources - Obsolete technology - Inbred management team - Small revenue - Below Average compensation - Very bureaucratic for its size - Ideas are not appreciated - Trying to solve real-world problems with old school technology - Most of the team is made up of coop interns, so the codebase is touched by a lot of people without focusing on the right way.

      Terrible Place

      Regular staff are great (nice, capable, intelligent) Travel is fun Modern office Downtown location

      Cons

      Owners are very difficult people Don't trust staff Top management is incompetent Products are not very compelling Trying to do much
