Pros
The company has integrity, they look to provide quality products & services to clients, this make easy to have the confidence when bring in clients. Furthermore, the internal cares not only about the clients, but also the employees who are a part of the team. I've been working with the company for over a year, & they have been really intentional in developing not only myself, but the team overall. This has been an impactful & life changing opportunity.
Cons
Demanding. With high demanded product will come high expectation. This isn't a super micromanaged job, but does come with high expectations of you being able to produce & meet the standard. The standard is clear though.
