      Pros

      Maybe the city (Miami) although the work life balance doesn't really allow you to take advantage of it.

      Cons

      The company is a scam. You don't realise it at first but after spending time in it you can't possibly agree with the overall method if you have integrity.

      Dynamic and professional team with high work ethic. Fast learning curve, high compensation and a lot of flexibility

      Cons

      Fully remote positions are not for everyone, but there are great team meetings organized a couple of times a year to help integrate.

      Not really a con, but performance matters; bring your A-game! Also, they are very meticulous about who they bring on to the team; this is not a throw spaghetti to the wall situation. They really are looking for the right fit!
