Pros
They are honest and respect their drivers. I can't speak for anyone else, but I feel appreciated here. I rarely sit and when there is an issue, they work hard to straighten it out
Cons
Some don't like the cameras, but it does not have the ability to live stream and I know of 2 drivers that it has actually saved. Trucks are governed at 65, but they are good at scheduling loads so you don't have to run full out, pedal to the metal all the time.
