I love it here

Otr driver, lower 48 hazmat, tanker, doubles and triples endorsement

Pros

They are honest and respect their drivers. I can't speak for anyone else, but I feel appreciated here. I rarely sit and when there is an issue, they work hard to straighten it out

Cons

Some don't like the cameras, but it does not have the ability to live stream and I know of 2 drivers that it has actually saved. Trucks are governed at 65, but they are good at scheduling loads so you don't have to run full out, pedal to the metal all the time.

Pros

Pay is good and based on performance. Do well & get paid well. New equipment with lots of extras. Apu's, reefers, etc. Good miles with low wait times. Good planning, for the most part. Get you home most weekends, unless you want to stay out.

Cons

As most are saying, the cameras and Onguard is a pain. Takes away from a drivers ability to drive. Guess they have to build them for drivers who don't know how to be competent.

Pros

Good honest company you will never be a number you are family. Good steady miles. Good bonuses. Staff is exceptional and treat you with respect. Equipment is good, all the extras inverters, refrigerator last year the bought 12 in memory foam mattresses for all the drivers

Cons

Cameras facing inward, smart drive system hits you on points cutting your bonus
