Pros
Pay is good and based on performance. Do well & get paid well. New equipment with lots of extras. Apu's, reefers, etc. Good miles with low wait times. Good planning, for the most part. Get you home most weekends, unless you want to stay out.
Cons
As most are saying, the cameras and Onguard is a pain. Takes away from a drivers ability to drive. Guess they have to build them for drivers who don't know how to be competent.
