Pros

I love watching the Super Bowl or March Madness — with pride and excitement, I point to the Nutrafol commercial and say, “Look! I work for that company!” I’m proud to work for a company that prioritizes clinical efficacy and safety with a product that truly works — I’ve seen the results firsthand with myself, my family, and my friends. The leadership team, leads with transparency, authenticity, humility, and teamwork, cultivating a culture that is both vibrant and joyful. As an employee, I feel genuinely appreciated at Nutrafol — by my leadership, my peers, and at the corporate level. The little perks, like Seamless credit every Tuesday and Thursday or the Wellness credit, are thoughtful touches that make a big difference. Nutrafol is full of good people, delivers a quality product, and makes work truly fun! Many times throughout the week I catch myself thinking, I hit the jackpot…I'm grateful for where I work!

Cons

The HCP side of the business advertises "exclusive pricing for HCP providers." However, online continues to add discounts and promos that make this statement untrue and our integrity questioned by the dermatology community.

Pros

Smart leadership with a clear point of view, providing strong direction and vision. Supportive and collaborative culture that values teamwork. Remote-first and flexible work-from-home environment, promoting work-life balance. Opportunities for professional growth, learning new skills, and taking on challenging projects. Pride in contributing to meaningful work and impactful company goals. Competitive benefits and perks that support overall well-being.

Cons

High workload / resource constraints – lean teams sometimes mean longer hours or juggling multiple responsibilities. Rapid pace / fast change – decision-making and priorities can shift quickly, which can be challenging to keep up with. Dependence on key people – with smaller teams, losing a team member can create temporary gaps or disruptions.
