Pros

There is nothing good about working at Nuvance Health. Unless If you get sick, I maybe you might be able to see a Doctor there without walking too far I suppose. I believe the Doctors and Nurses are good people with good intentions.

Cons

The New Summit Building in Danbury - Fantastic waste of money, space and resources. AND it is not a safe workplace. Management lies through their teeth. They think their secrets won't get back to employees, but they always do. We are not morons. People talk. So we find out that you are liars, and we no longer respect you. Duh. Please just stop. You play favorites and you torment and target employees whose "do as I say not as i do" value system doesn't align with yours. Retaliation abounds. There is no recourse for targeted employees. Employees quitting left and right. No one wants to work here. The ones left behind just get piled on more work with no thanks, respect, nothing. Even while losing employees left and right, Management will fire long-time employees without giving a thought to their welfare, families, or letting them say goodbye. Just - "you are not favored - bye' it's horrible. and very sad. The culture is supposed to represent good, ethical values, but it is just the opposite. It is the underhanded, sleazy, and deceitful ones with no empathy for others that stay in power and intimate the good people. Employees with a "heart, soul, and empathy" are considered weak and lightweights. Bullying at its worst. Toxic, Toxic, Toxic.

Pros

Benefits, culture, training is very good.

Cons

You are most likely going to end up taking the night shift when you begin, but you are able to change that when people move between departments internally.

Pros

Union job provides better worker protection, theoretically.

Cons

Leadership runs a nepotistic department. Many are moved to better roles and/or granted extra chances solely due to who they are friendly with. There is no job progression. Transfers are very hard to get as they require prior experience doing things you would not do in your current role.
