      Pros

      Director was accommodating, understanding, and compassionate with his team and treated everyone with respect and dignity, Team members were equally great and wouldn't change em for the world.

      Cons

      New CEO and VP level of management made massive changes resulting in layoffs on mass. Made everyone feel like they were walking on eggshells trying to guess who was next on the chopping block.
