Pros
Growing company, good people work there, Company Retreats, Moving to new location.
Cons
I did all the things a good employee does, which is showed up to work everyday and did everything I was asked to do. I was moved around to different roles, and adjusted as needed. My last stop was customer support, which is not what I asked for, but put my head down and worked. I was also responsible for training new pharmacies on product. The support area was understaffed and overworked and management finally acknowledged this recently. If someone was out, we were essentially screwed. The last month I was there I did not even take breaks due to workload management. Given that trainings were heavily scrutinized by management, and I was trying to cover for others at same time, I was set up to fail. By fail, I mean I made a couple of honest and unintentional mistakes (I.e. Forgetting to call a pharmacy). I also had a bad call that I reported to manager immediately, what else could I do other than not make a mistake to begin with? My reward for hard work and dedication was to be tossed to the curb without warning, all the while being told "good luck" and "don't take this the wrong way". I guess they were trying to convince themselves they weren't being draconian, like others I have described this to have called it. Anyways, I believe in fairness and I wouldn't overly embellish or slight a company unless I had a good reason. I have never felt so disrespected. Perhaps I'm the only one that will get this treatment as the company is doing well, but I promise what I shared is accurate.
