Pros
Working for this company was the best experience I have ever had. The leadership genuinely cares about their employees. They take the time to figure out how to make you feel comfortable while maintaining growth and proficiency within the company. They are extremely accommodating and kind. I have never had an employer put so much effort into helping their employees grow professionally and personally. They give you every opportunity to be the person you’re trying to be.
Cons
The company is still growing and learning so sometimes there are hiccups, but it’s just like any other growing company learning while expanding. You just need to be patient with them because they will be patient with you.
