Pros

O Agency has a very close team which makes everyday fun, engaging and different. This also helps when working on projects and coming up with new ideas, as it is encouraged to work together across all teams. We work with great variety of really interesting clients, which means no day is the same. I have had career opportunities which I have never been offered before, and been supported when wanting to learn new specific skills and to try new things. I have made genuine friends here at O who I hope to be friends for life. I love what I do and I love where I work so it never really feels like 'work'! A real privilege to work for and with an award winning agency.

Cons

Nothing bad or negative to say apart from more parking spaces!

Pros

I started as an intern which was a great opportunity to understand what agency life is like and get to know my team and clients. When I joined full time, I was able to own my work, working directly with clients from day 1. My team works with clients from diverse sectors that are always changing.

Cons

I feel lucky to work for an award winning agency that are hardworking and passionate about PR and marketing, If I had to pick one thing, I wish there were more employee benefits such as mental health training, eye tests, or tax relief on pension contributions

Pros

The O office is a welcoming and inclusive environment. As a newcomer, I have felt the support of the team since my first day. Cliches aside it really does feel like a family here! Throughout my internship, the team have emphasised tailoring my experience to my interests and aspirations. I am exposed to all areas of the agency and have been delegated real responsibility for client briefs and internal projects. There are countless opportunities for personal development such as optional education sessions on upcoming trends, and the variety of clients really makes for a refreshing and motivating work day.

Cons

Only one I can think of- too much choice for lunch (The office is conveniently right beside the likes of Aidan’s Kitchen, Scream for Pizza & Little Lobo!!)
