This is probably the most toxic place I have ever worked. Senior management are awful and don't pay any attention to you unless you're considered a favourite - a clique has definitely been formed and it's an uncomfortable environment a lot of the time. There's also a lot of passing the blame and workload over to less senior members of the team. There are real issues with overworking and a lot of staff have suffered from serious stress and mental problems whilst working there. You are made to feel guilty if you're off sick or in some cases, pretty much forced to work. Often expected to work outside of working hours and not offered the time back. When you're new people will just outright ignore you - they do a great job of promoting it as an exciting place to work but in reality, it's far from that.

Hierarchical company, lack of respect for those who aren’t considered senior staff members, lack of diversity within the team, looks like a great place to work on social media but is far from it day-to-day, extremely poor communication on career direction, old-fashioned in its approach to career development, parking at the office is very limited and usually reserved for senior members of staff
