Pros

Really good work environment with lots of chances to grow and move forward in your career. Management is easy to reach and communicate with, so things feel open and straightforward. People can freely share ideas and actually be part of decision-making. The company also puts effort into employee learning and development, which is nice. Overall, it’s a growth-focused place that encourages new ideas and improvements. Plus, there are regular office events that help build team spirit and make everyone feel involved.

Cons

Office is not per friendly :(

Pros

- I love the flexible working conditions. I have the opportunity to work remotely from Lithuania or abroad, thanks to my performance. - I am happy with my salary and its yearly increases. - My manager supports my career growth and helps me with my yearly goals by giving me constructive feedback. - I really love the latest office events (GeoGuessr, table tennis tournament, happy hour every Friday). Overall, I have a good benefits package (learning budget, additional health insurance, birthday day off, extra vacation days based on tenure, learning days, and sick days off).

Cons

- Sometimes organisational changes are communicated poorly or not clearly enough. - A high performance culture was not explained clearly at first. Now I understand well what is expected of me and what I need to do to achieve High Performer status. I think this caused confusion and even disappointment among some employees who were expecting a different culture.

Pros

*Interesting product *Great colleagues, trauma bonding is real

Cons

*Insane micro-management - when you take even 1 day of vacation, you have to give detailed comment why are you taking it *Compant is lead by a psychopath, psychological abuse is very common, threatening employees who help other employees experiencing mobing is just another day in the office *Unpaid overtime is expected, managers are closely watching when you start and finish the day *”High-performing culture” is pretty much micromanagement + expected unpaid overtime *Performance reviews are insanely biased - if you give any negative comments on company policies it will show in review, anonymous surveys are not anonymous, managers will not give you details on why you are meeting/not meeting expectations *Management lie through their teeth, their words mean nothing when promising monetary bonuses *Great colleagues got laid off because of disagreements with management *During interview process they will lie about increasing salary later or giving promotions. They wont. Avoid this workplace if you care about your mental health
