- Dangerous work environment, you will be put in very unsafe working conditions - The Administration doesn't care about you - They're so short staffed, you can't keep yourself or your kids safe from other students (assaults of all kinds) - Virtually 1 step away from a state facility with no security, No learning is achieved due to severe behaviors (no idea how these facilities aren't shut down yet) - Poor/ Unrealistic Training - Diversity Equity and Inclusion problem despite trainings on it - Very poor pay for the type of work you do -No FMLA - Will mess with your paychecks illegally
