      Innovative state of the art product and working for a true visionary. There is a lot of vaporware in the space and ODG is real deal.

      Non stop work and lack of Holidays.

      Pros

      Excellent People! Nice quiet work environment! Constantly busy! There's always a steady flow of work that has to be done, so you won't be bored in the office. At the same time, you won't be over worked.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to respond to emails in the evenings or night time. This can be a bit of an inconvenience if you're not by a computer or if the company does not pay for your wireless data plan.
