Innovative state of the art product and working for a true visionary. There is a lot of vaporware in the space and ODG is real deal.

Misery loves company. And in an organization where the CEO is a fraud, well, those beneath her pull together. Sadly this "team" environment is compromised by the CEO and Chairman. You will learn how to resolve the CEO and Chairman's many iPhone issues, to include how to listen to voicemails. Seriously, these two individuals are that incompetent!!
Cons
No clients. No direction. CEO randomly fires people without cause at the rate of 2 employees per month. CEO and Chairman have an ongoing personal relationship that complicates the day to day operations. The CEO is a compulsive liar and lacks basic management skills. Interestingly, the Chairman is equally incompetent and acts as the CEO's puppet.
