The training was good, and installation support was good.
Cons
Expectations of installing, marketing, and networking were skewed. the business model is not sustainable with drive time included unless 40+ hours are expected with 30-hour pay. The pay was very low for the time and effort. No residual income model in place. 10 years into position, and you will still need to do the same work for similar pay, or a small base-pay bump.
OEI Response
5y
Your understanding of the expectations as well as the pay structure is not accurate. The Installer position is separate from marketing and networking. There is definitely room for growth at our organization and productive employees are rewarded fairly for their efforts. We're sorry it was not a good fit for you, but thank you for the feedback.
