Great job - Occupational Health Administrator OHWorks Employee Review

The job itself is good, repetitive but manageable. The building is modern and clean.

The expected travel is laughable, advertised as hybrid but only 2 days a week. The working environment is like being back in a 90’s school with cliques and mean girl vibes. No confidentiality and HR thinks everyone’s complaint is a joke sharing information around staff members. If you don’t want to fit the narrative you will not last at this company no matter how much effort you put in. Staff turnover is high because of this and nothing else.

None that I can think of except you get a salary - not a good salary but a salary.

- Toxic work environment, admin managers are extremely cliquey and unprofessional, they will be mean to you if you get on the wrong side of anyone in their clique. - Little recognition for your hard work, but if you make a small error expect an email blasted to the whole department. - Staff lower down the food chain are overworked, expected to take on tasks far beyond the job description or pay grade. - Training and support are poor, leaving employees to figure things out alone. - The environment takes a toll on mental health, which is concerning given the industry.
