THERE ARE NO working hours and meeting called late night which do not happen - Even top workers working their heads down and don't have guts to speak a word to their ultimate boss - project timelines are just calculated at tongue and has to be executed anyhow - No respect or values for others and complete blame game environment. - Complete hire and fire environment. Very high attrition rate. Average tenure for top/middle management is less than a year - Politics akhada. - Your promised role will not be given. You will be hired for something but end up working on something else
