1. HR department is pathetic. Senior managers and HR department join hands in the back end and back stab employees. I was forcefully relocated to Bangalore during the pandemic time, inspite my physical presence is not really needed. I assured and pleaded that I can support 24*7 from remote place. But the HR and management is adamant and made me relocate to Bangalore. I am a mother of 4 years old and had to relocate with my family. My entire family suffered from COVID due to this. Nothing came out as positive for the the project due to my physical presence after I relocated to Bangalore, except COVID for my family. 2. SMEs and Technical experts voice is suppressed. Senior management believes, just funding would do all the magic and treat technical experts as puppets. Attrition rate is the proof for the above. 3. Management's poor estimation of releasing the e-scooter in 8 months with in-house development of batteries, TCU, BMS, Charger and Motor shows how immature their vision is. 4. They woo employees with high CTC. Only after joining the oranization, employee realize that company is not paying paying just for 9 hours a day, but they actually wanted to own your private life at the cost of higher CTC. 5. They can make your exit process nightmare. They bring out all the clauses from offer letter only to harass you until you

Rest everything is cons: 1. You will start at 9 am and end at 10 pm. 2. You wont have any life left outside of ola, basically they are thinking that they are buying your life when you work there and make you work as a slave 3. All the 5 stars review are FAKEEEEE. They are from top management who doesn't care about the employees. 4. Every software engineer in my team is frustated and every one is looking for a change. 5. Even if your manager is good, he can't do anything as the management is threatening your manager to fire if they don't become their slave. 6. PLEASE AVOID JOINING HERE. 7. Recently they announced that there will be 5 working days, but its just for show off. They will gave you a month of work to complete it in a week. So, You will end up working on weekend also. 8. Everyone is leaving after 3-4 months of joining only, Don't believe me?? PLEASE GO AHEAD AND CHECK THE MEDIAN TENURE ON THE COMPANY PROFILE IN LINKEDIN, IT WILL SHOW YOU ALL THE STATS THERE. 9. Their main agenda is to give you 1 year of work in 3-4 months only , so even after you will leave, they got to much out of you. 10. HR will lie to you before joining.
