Every task needs to be done tonight /tomorrow. The main guys who run the show doesn’t know the concept of planning. They want everything in an instant. If you fail to deliver, they throw tantrums like 3 year old toddlers. No meritocracy. Do not expect a fair evaluation, pay, or any decent HR policy. No regard for employee health, safety and well being.
